In MommyMove we are dancing with our babies, while they hang out in your preferred babycarrier or wrap. Everything is focused on having fun and feeling good, there’s always time for breaks or feeding and you can adjust every exercise to your needs.

It’s very important to me that your babycarrier is used in a correct way, so it fits ergonomically for your baby and prevents back problems for yourself. To make sure everything is in the right place, each pair will get a quick check up before we start, adjustments are always okay.

What do you need? You only need your baby and your favorite wrap or carrier, no experience needed!

Who’s the class for? The class is designed for moms who want to stay active or get back moving, dads who are enjoying dancing with their little one and any other caregivers and grandparents!
